Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Development of process design for the EPC projects undertaken by the company in oil terminals, process equipment skids, oil & gas plants revamp and debottlenecking.
  • Producing basic and detail design deliverables such as PFD, UFD, P & ID, process data sheet, performing NPSH / hydraulic calculations, equipment & line sizing, surge analysis and etc..
  • Manage, lead and participate in HAZOP studies.
  • Performing material balance and heat balance studies.
  • Prepare material selection diagrams and establish requirements for any chemicals, solvents and catalysts.
  • Perform relief valve sizing, control valve sizing and popping philosophies.
  • Prepare equipment and line list; review various equipment and instrument data sheet.
  • Interface and coordinate with other disciplines for design developments.
  • Develop pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, performance test procedures and operation manual.
  • Lead the process design team and develop the junior engineer’s capability and capacity.
  • Progress reporting and management of design schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 8 years design experience for process system in oil & gas environment
  • Proficient in preparing process schemes / process flow diagrams / FEED and process descriptions.
  • Familiar with respective code of practices for process designs such as ANSI, API, DEP / PTS
  • Experience in using process design software such as FLARENET, FLARESIM, HYSIS is a plus.
  • Posses a good communication skills in English and BahasaMalaysia

Lead Tankage Engineer

Requirement

  • Lead tankage engineering group and develop tankage engineering design philosophies, design basis and specification.
  • Manage and plan tankage design activities to meet client’s specification within the agreed timeframe.
  • Review all engineering specifications, perform equipment selection and interface with other discipline.
  • Develop methodologies, schedules and material take-off exercise.
  • Review technical evaluation reports prepared by engineers.
  • Review the impact on health, safety and the environment in the tanks design.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years piping design experience in oil and gas environment in various static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks
  • Good knowledge of International codes & standards such ASME, ANSI, PD 5500, API-650/620, NACE, EN & ISO
  • Experience in static equipment engineering
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrated performance as a team leader is preferred.

Lead Piping Engineer

Requirement

  • Lead piping engineering group and develop piping engineering design philosophies, design basis and specification.
  • Manage and plan piping design activities to meet client’s specification within the agreed timeframe.
  • Review all piping design deliverables done by engineers/designers such as piping route studies, piping general arrangement drawings, pipe and special support drawings and etc.
  • Develop methodologies, schedules and piping material take-off exercise.
  • Review technical evaluation reports prepared by engineers.
  • Review the impact on health, safety and the environment in the piping design.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years piping design experience in oil and gas environment in process and offsite facilities including bulk oil storage terminal.
  • Capable of producing specifications for Piping materials, Manual Valves and Special Piping items.
  • Knowledge of Industry Piping Design codes such ASME B31.1 and B31.3.
  • Experience in piping engineering including piping flexibility analysis and piping 3D modeling in CADWORX or PDMS.
  • Experience in producing Piping Standard Details for the Piping Layouts.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrated performance as a team leader is preferred.

Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provides engineering support to the Project Manager
  • Manages engineering design team and ensure timely completion of design deliverables
  • Coordinate with clients and become focal points on all engineering matters
  • Ensure design meets owner’s requirements by complying with national codes and standards
  • Assists in document preparation in securing approval from relevant statutory bodies for the project
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and economical studies for optimization

Requirements

  • Posses a Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in technical design engineering in oil & gas industry
  • Posses a good communication and management skills to lead a team
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to solve engineering or technical problems
  • Sound knowledge of local and international codes of practices and standards

Senior Human Resource Planning & Recruitment Executive

Job Description

  • Assess and determine manpower demand and supply and work closely with the business to ensure manpower requirements are met.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for current and future opening, and plan to ensure effective fulfillment of manpower numbers to support the business goals and operations.
  • To develop a resume bank and work closely with managers and the Human Capital Development Division (HCD) to promote and administer talent management and acquisition programs such as workforce planning and succession management.
  • Assists the HCD Division on the on-boarding program and process so that new hires will have a positive and beneficial experience.
  • Assists in the administration of recruitment policies and practices implemented throughout the Company to ensure consistency.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to hiring managers regarding staffing HR issues.
  • Involved in system administration to provide interface and recommendations to programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any similar disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-6 years in Staffing and Recruiting which includes experience in Human Resources.
  • Related working experience in an engineering/oil & gas environment would be an added advantage
  • Good negotiator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, work independently and know how to prioritize (organizational skills to meet the demand of the job).
  • Ability to analyze resume and make the right match under specific time constraints.
  • Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task, manage and measure work to ensure effective follow-through and timely delivery.
  • Good command of spoken English as well as business/writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Well-verse with online job portals
  • Mature individual that has the ability to discreetly handle confidential matters

Human Resources International Manager

Job Description

  • Lead, direct and guide the various HR business partners in the respective country on their HR strategic matters and key operational issues in order to ensure smooth running of HR operations
  • Support the execution of business strategy via application of HR processes and tools throughout the regions
  • Continuously review HR best practices and principles for the respective country and provide appropriate HR approach to better support the business
  • Liaise closely with Group HR Head to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for the respective country so as to ensure our people strategy is in line with business goals
  • Develop, coach and train the Country HR Head so as to increase their capability level
  • Drive Group wide HR policies and procedures implementation; as appropriate in order to balance the company as well as employees’ interest
  • Work closely with the country head to understand their people challenges and concerns in order to devise appropriate HR solutions for the business
  • Communicate to the team, at all times, of changes and news within the group relevant to the team in order for them to operate effectively
  • Network with the HR community in order to leverage on latest HR development, practices and trends
