Procurement / Purchasing Executive (5 Days Week) (KL)
(Based in Jalan Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• To assist superior in sourcing, negotiating, compiling and processing purchase for material and supplier management.
• To provide administrative support to the Procurement Dept.
• Responsible for data entering and filing.
• Responsible for the preparation of purchasing related documentation.
• To follow up with supplier and ensure that delivery, service and price meet the company requirements.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Graduate Diploma or equivalent
• Preferable with oil and gas industry, marine industry background
• Min. 1 to 2 years related working experience in Purchasing / Procurement Department
• Personal with good experience in related field is strongly recommended to apply
• Good interpersonal skill & able to work under pressure
• Required skills: MS Office, MS Excel
• Preferably age below 35 years old
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• 5 working days a week
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Project Executive (5 Days Week) (KL)
(Based in Jalan Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Drafting of engineering drawings.
• Assisting in project related documentation/administration.
• To ensure company drafting standard style is adhere on all drawings and improve the standard continually.
• Able to work overtime if required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate Diploma or equivalent
• Min. 1 to 2 years related working experience in drafting using AutoCAD
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply
• Able to work independently, self motivated, good communication skills, team player, high level work commitment, organizational and interpersonal skills and strong problem solving skills
• Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic and result-oriented team player
• Knowledge of basic computer software
• Preferably age below 35 years old
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Preferable with oil and gas industry background
• 5 working days a week
