    Is an American MNC dealing with personal care consumer products. They employ approximately 56,000 employees. They are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join their team of sales to handle distributor management in the industrial sector.

    Job Description

    • Developing end-user accounts to maximise their potential
    • To ensure timely and accurate reports on competitor activity, market and industry trends
    • To act as a consultant with Local Distributor partners to develop mutually beneficial business opportunities so as to maximise their potential
    • To lead his/her segment team and the assigned distributors in achieving the set target of the allocated territory or segments by developing new businesses, maintaining existing clientele and appointing of new channel partners.
    • Ensure the time to convert business to the company’s product is minimised through the effective use of consultative selling skills (PSS) with specific emphasis on closing skills
    • To act as a consultant on best practice with end-users so as to solve customer problems
    • To maximise ROI through the development of effective product trials processes so as to convert customer to the company’s product
    • Maximizing the number of effective sales calls
    • Make effective use of physical product demonstrations and presentations
    • Collaborate with other sales personnel to ensure that locally based and national contracts are implemented and complied with in a timely and efficient manner
    • Develop an extensive understanding, and knowledge of, key decision making personnel in identified end-users
    • Adhere to agreed call cycles to service and maintain regular contact with key customers

    The Successful Applicant

    • Degree holder, preferably in Business Management related discipline.
    • Minimum 4-5 years’ working experience in B2B environment sectors (Manufacturing and Industrial industry).
    • Experience in managing distributors/dealers
    • Ability to work well under pressure coupled with a strong desired to achieve success.
    • Excellent communication, planning & interpersonal skills.
    • Must possess own transport
    • Good business acumen and leadership qualities.
