Responsible for value-added training & staff development geared towards improving the performance of sales team. Main focus is on Telesales, Upsell and IPTV team, and may need to support other sales channels as and when necessary.
1. Provide a wide range of competency-based trainings to develop employees. Areas of training responsibilities include:
- TNA (training needs analysis) – work closely with business managers/stakeholders to understand their current situation, business goals and learning & development needs;
-Propose best-in-class solutions or interventions to address competency gaps;
- Design & develop structured training programs & materials. Ensure training programs and materials are updated & able to be understood by employees (including language translations);
- Deliver these trainings in an effective, charismatic and passionate way that
optimizes the impact of the training and ensures that learning has occurred;
-Source and work with training vendors in accordance to company policies & processes;
-Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness;
-Ensure agency or appointed trainers are well-equipped, updated and able to deliver approved training materials and programs;
-Ensure Telesales, Upsell & IPTV sales team are updated with necessary knowledge to perform. This includes info/knowledge management & dissemination, and implementing ad-hoc trainings.
2. Staff development responsibilities:
-Organize & manage medium to big-scale sales trainings, workshops, conventions, team buildings;
- Working with business owners to enhance sales scripts;
- Business enhancement projects & initiatives
3. Daily operations & administration duties:
- Updated training records;
- Safekeeping & systematic filing of training materials;
