Job Description

JOB SUMMARY : -

The Management has come to the conclusion that it is the best interest to have an Administration and Operational Support whereby giving support to the whole operation and build up the trust and relationship with new and existing clients. This in return builds trust and loyalty from the clients to the company. Clients’ trust and relationship has become very important today and the Administration and Operation Support at the front and center of creating that trust between the company and clients and also support to the whole operation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : -

- to make call and remind clients to do their Annual Health Check-Up
- to fix an appointment for their Annual Health Check-Up
- to prepare case notes for Health Coach if appointment is confirmed
- to answer client’s enquiries
- to take down messages or comments from clients (if any)
- to take down client’s e-mail address for future events, get their consent in sending the e-mail or SMS
- to send the current Health Check Up Packages via e-mail upon request by clients, and to follow up by making phone call or e-mail or SMS, so that we help to fix the appointment for them. This is to show the Good Customer Service from our company, it is also an image building.
- to key in the data such as e-mail address into the new Clinisys
- to keep a proper records on the daily call, e-mail and SMS
- to have a good system in recording the follow up with clients
- to be good in communicating with client over the phone, no selling but to build a good relationship.
- to make call reminder/SMS reminder/making appointment on behalf of the Health Coach and Staff Nurse whenever necessary
- to answer in-coming calls of company mobile phone or office phone
- others administration and operational support as and when required
