Malaysian Airline System Berhad doing business as Malaysia Airlines (abbreviated MAS), is the government-owned flag carrier of Malaysia.Malaysia Airlines operates flights from its home base, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and with a secondary hub at Kuching. Qualified Malaysian citizens invited to fill a vacancies at Malaysia Airlines as follows :

1. Cabin Crew

2. System Analyst

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Degree in Technology/Computer Science qualification in related disciplines or its equivalent from recognized higher institutions.
  • Must have experience in database architecture, business analysis environment as an Analyst.
  • Must have exposure to airline with experience in areas of FFP, ticketing, reservation.
  • High attention to detail and analytical focus.
  • Strong MS Office particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to balance compliance requirements with business considerations.
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A team player, with excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.

3. System Administrator

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Degree in Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines or its equivalent from recognized higher institutions.
  • Must have solid understanding of database architecture and functionality.
  • Ability to structure and implement audited procedural and processing functionality and manage day-to-day data integrity, to review and define checks and control requirements.
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve issues or escalate/seek assistance at correct time, solution focused and results driven.
  • Ability to think strategically and balance compliance requirements with business considerations.
  • Competent in MS Office particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and analytical focus.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong project management, leadership and influencing skills.
  • High energy, positive attitude, self motivated, flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • A team player, with excellent business presentation, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, prioritize work under pressure.

4. Senior Manager, Strategy Office

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens.
  • Degree/Professional qualifications in related disciplines (Business/ Accounting/Engineering) or its equivalent from recognized higher institutions.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Prior knowledge of the airline industry is a must.
  • Good business sense and knowledge of project management needs.
  • Moderate to expert skills with project management / office tools (Microsoft Office application).
  • Good communication skills are a must as liaising between different stakeholders is critical towards achieving project goal.
  • High energy combined with a positive attitude to overcome multiple barriers in a project.
  • Experience in running multiple projects in multiple disciples.
  • Experience in Project Management/Change Management or Business Consulting or Corporate Finance or Strategic Planning will be advantageous.

5. Senior Executive/Executive, Strategy Office

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens.
  • Degree in Business/Accounting/Engineering or Professional qualification or its equivalent from recognized higher institutions.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience in project management of up to 3 years is a bonus.
  • Good business sense and knowledge of project management needs.
  • Entry level to mid level skills with project management/office tools (Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint/Word/Project).
  • Prior knowledge of the airline industry is an advantage.
  • Communication skills are a must as liaising between different stakeholders is critical towards achieving project goal.
  • High energy combined with a positive attitude to overcome multiple barriers in a project.
  • Experience in Project Management/Change Management or Business Consulting or Corporate Finance or Strategic Planning will be advantageous.

6. Call Centre Agent

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen aged between 20 to 35 years old.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma holders or higher qualification with credit in English & Bahasa Malaysia at SPM level.
  • Dynamic, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant disposition, courteous and efficient in providing personalized service to customers.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak other languages would be an added advantage.
  • Having experience and skills in call centre environment would be an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be prepared to work on 24 hours shift duty.
