- Monthly update for Group PA, Medical & panel clinic for new/terminated staff

- Monthly update FM to prepare birthday/new born gift, marriage ang pau, bereavement token

- Daily update AL, MC & others leave

- Prepare HQ punch card

- Compile daily attendance record from branches & monitor punctuality analysis

- Prepare Staff Tardiness Report

- Prepare Staff Turnover Analysis

- Monthly update outpatient medical claim

- Calculate monthly handphone charges

- Compile & check monthly night job, outstation allowance & mileage claim from branches

- Prepare HR non confidential letters

- Compile Branch Non Compliance (BNC) report

- Compile & update DC & Dept. training hours


2.1 HQ key cabinet

- HQ spare keys

- Vehicle spare keys

- Key record book


3.1 Human Resources

- Prepare punch card, update daily attendance record & follow up on Leave Application Form

- Prepare & get respective PJ & KL OCM leaders’ approval for night job, outstation allowance & mileage claim

- Follow up with PJ & KL OCM leaders’ on original job application form, copy 1st page PBB passbook, income tax & EPF a/c no. for new recruit

- Prepare authorisation letter for payroll deduction when required

3.2 Stock & Supplies Monitoring

- Ensure sufficent stock & supplies (stationery, amenity, cleaning chemical, ink/toner cartridge, anti virus, mouse, etc.)

3.3 License Monitoring & Renewal

- Premise license

- MPSJ license

- PCO license

- Sales & storage license


- NIOSH pass

- MAFAS certification scheme

- Fumigator license

- Vehicle insurance & road tax3.4Utility Monitoring (Sim Card & Petrol Card)

- Monthly update & e-mail petrol card checklist to GAS

- Report to Shell or Celcom for any missing or problem card & inform GAS if require replacement card3.5Lot 8 & 14 key cabinet

- Lot 8 & 14 spare keys

- Key record book


- Oversee Admin, Customer Service & Business Support for central

- Other jobs as and when required

Job Requirement

- Must posses at least Diploma / Degree in HR or Business Administration

- At least 2-3 years related experience in Admin/HR field

- Chinese female candidates are preferably, age 27 years and above

- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all level of staff
