Job Description

Marketing, is generally responsible for leading the brand communications team in continually enhancing Domino’s image; increasing brand awareness, and providing after-sales support through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing. In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.

Lead the creative development marketing / branding campaign themes that convey the brand point of view, and business targets for the quarter

Develop marketing plans by identifying the keys opportunities and developing action plans for the brands in line with business objectives.

Monitor and review the cost effectiveness and efficiency of advertising, media and promotional activities , outsides suppliers and agencies ( e.g advertising and research)

Develop and direct measurable multi- channel, cross channel, channel specific, product, promotional and caused related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals but not limited to:

Employ a variety of communications tools, print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, event marketing , on line , viral marketing , cause – related , local community initiatives

Ensure communications / product relevance to timing, Big deals and Merchandising Point of View

Facilitate integration of marketing , product development and other departments as appropriate , to fully develop Big Ideas

Develop and implement Customer Loyalty Program

Initiate and maintain program analysis reporting for all marketing initiatives

Generate compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs competition

Experience in preparing business plan and basic product development process ( from concept to launch)

Monitor and analyse category / brand performance including competitive bench marking

Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal

Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline

Monitor review scorecard performance and amend marketing plans and activities in light of changes in the external and internal environment and competitor activity

Candidates must be a graduate with a minimum 10 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager. Has good field experience in Brand, Marketing Management and / or Consumer Marketing

Preferably candidates who have worked with FMCG and ideally in culinary category

Good track record of success in building brands based on consumer insights. Have led and managed brand building campaigns / product launches

Candidates experienced in leading and manage NPD (New Product Development) activation and process, especially in regional engagement and coordination would be an added advantage

Creative thinker, able to think outside the box, demonstrated good leadership skills and possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Have a good understanding and application of marketing mix management – communications, promo planning and execution, pricing, basics of distribution, channel mis and demand forecasting.

Able to apply fundamentals of brand Profit and Loss

Proficiency in the use of computers on word, excel, power point, email etc.

Able to travel & possess own transportation
