Yayasan Guru Malaysia Berhad (YGMB) original name was the National Teacher Capital Foundation (YPGKB) was incorporated on 07 March 1994 under the Companies Act 1965 as a ‘Company Limited by Guarantee’ does not have stock. Desire to establish YGMB was to consolidate and mobilize all citizens educator and member of Education Services in an organization that is based on economic and welfare will be an important vehicle for improving the status and dignity as educators.
YGMB managed by the management which was chaired by BHG. TAN SRI DATO ‘HJ. Alimuddin bin HJ. MOHD DOM replace Y. Pts. Dato ‘Hj. Bin Salleh Mohd Hussein from May 16, 2008 has implemented several measures in order to introduce new products – new products for the welfare of the teachers as well as organizational restructuring YGMB. YGMB also respond to the government under the leadership of Dato ‘Seri Najib Tun Razak to establish performance evaluation index (KPI) to be followed by officers and staff YGMB and children – a subsidiary with a view to improving, strengthening and enhancing the effectiveness of YGMB administration.
Until now YGMB has successfully cleared all debts promise for application Donation Charity Fund. All payments Donations Charitable Fund are paid directly to the account of a member of the band. Nevertheless Allah willing, with activity – new activities that have been and will be conducted by YGMB we promise to deliver on all new applications Welfare Fund Donations from members qualified – YGMB members.
