Assistant Manager – Entrepreneur Enhancement Program

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, develop, coordinate and manage the implementation of entrepreneur development activities and initiatives identified under Entrepreneur Banking.
  • To plan, develop, coordinate and manage the development of entrepreneur enhancement programs with strategic partners and stakeholders.
  • To assist, facilitate and support SME Bank’s entrepreneur on the upward migrations initiatives.
  • To establish effective networking with relevant stakeholders in developing strategic initiative for entrepreneur enhancement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of the Business Environment and Malaysia Economy.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives on coordinating and interacting with multiple people and on multiple projects and who is able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Have a good level of networking with Govt. Agencies & Ministries would be an added advantage.
  • Experienced in financial analysis and dealing with SMEs would be an added advantage.
  • Good in communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Posses a driving license and IT literate (MS Words, Excel, Power Point etc).

Head of Human Capital Development

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, directing, and managing a bank-wide process of organisation development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention and organization design while focusing on the transformational process to drive a High-Performance work culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
  • Those with Master’s degree are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 15 years experience in Organizational Development with hands-on exposure to competency modeling
  • Some exposure to 5s and Six Sigma would be advantageous
  • Competent in strategic orientation and conceptualizing ideas
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in organizational transformation in a major Conglomerate
  • A “ go –getter” and willing to go the extra mile
  • Has a personal commitment to organisational excellence; displays honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of ethics in all decision and actions
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
