Jawatan Kosong Prasarana February Mac 2013

Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) is a wholly-owned Government company established by the Ministry of Finance, set up to facilitate, undertake and expedite public infrastructure projects approved by the Government. Prasarana and its group of companies are also asset-owners and operators of several public transport providers, namely the Ampang and Kelana Jaya lines, KL Monorail system, bus operations in Klang Valley and Penang, as well as the cable car services in Langkawi.

Jawatan Kosong Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) :

1. HR Assistant, Talent Management & Organizational Developement, Human Capital Division

Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • To assist in training interventions for line managers regarding the recruitment process
  • Liaise with the advertising agency concerning placement of adverts ensuring that deadlines are adhered to
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is done via the SAP system
  • Make an arrangement for interview – room booking, candidates, hiring managers
  • Participate in the organisation of, and attend, open days and other recruitment events as/when required
  • Work closely with the Sourcing Team to ensure that application packs are prepared in advance of the advert appearing and to that packs are dispatched within agreed timescales
  • Perform other duties directed by the Management, Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad from time to time

Organizational Development

  • Carry out general administrative and secretarial work (i.e: meeting arrangement, office housekeeping)
  • Support and assist TM/OD projects (ODD workshop, Tea Talk, Leadership Dialogue, etc.)
  • Compile and manage TM/OD documents (Organizational Chart, JD update, Job Evaluation)
  • Liaise with Business Partner on Organizational Chart and Job Description monthly update
  • Prepare Leadership newsletter on quarterly basis
  • Assist in any ad-hoc matters
  • Perform other duties directed by the Management, Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad from time to time

Requirements:
Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum SPM / STPM and preferably Diploma in Business Administration / Public Administration / Office Management / Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized university
  • Minimum one (1) – two (2) years working experience in related field
  • Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including relational and team skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive, resourceful, meticulous and team player
  • Must be able to handle confidential matters in a professional manner and diplomatic with high integrity
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

2. Executive, Performance Management System, Human Capital Division

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance calibration session to minimize manager bias related to employee performance scores
  • Ensure that all employees have a performance plan at the start of the year
  • Ensure that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly
  • Manage the annual performance appraisals process for all levels
  • Maintain and update company competencies at all levels and ensure effective utilization of the competencies
  • Review and update performance appraisals tools

Requirements:

  • Qualifications, Experience and Professional Skills
  • Degree in the field of Human Resources/Business Studies/Organizational Development/Computer Science or a related field required from an accredited institution
  • At least two (2) – three (3) years of working experience in performance management or reward & compensation management is required for this position
  • Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision making skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally
  • Ability to influence professionals of senior management level
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excell
