Jawatan Kosong Felda Global – Felda Global Group (Felda Global) spearheads the Felda Group’s business transformation into an integrated multinational corporation, focusing on the agri-business sector. Jawatan Kosong Felda Global Group :

1. Manager Audit

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, controls and governance processes to add value and improve FGVH’s operations through – enhancing the effectiveness of audit implementation and reporting methodology, plan and manage the implementation of audit activities through the annual plan, budget and key performance indicators & strategize complex and investigative audit assignments and manage their implementation for effective results
  • Manage the professional developmental requirements of internal audit personnel
  • Review audit work programs for effective implementation
  • To review all draft reports with the manager in-charge and provide necessary feedback and clarification points to enhance the standard of work done and reporting
  • Where required, to discuss the draft audit report and findings with the audit client and to ensure that appropriate responses are obtained for each audit issue raised
  • Develop and maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Formulate appropriate frameworks and processes to ensure that the conduct of the internal audit function is in line with principles of good governance, professional standards requirements and related legislations and regulations
  • To undertake any other work that are required to ensure that the internal audit delivers its functions effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or professional in accounting, finance, process engineering or other related fields
  • More than 10 years related working experience, including at least 5 years in internal audit, governance or process improvement management role

2. Senior Executive Audit (Team Leader)

Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of auditors in the end to end execution and completion of audits assigned -undertake detailed planning of the assignment with guidance and approval of audit management, implementation of audit fieldwork as planned and appropriately handle/escalate any issues during fieldwork, completion of acceptable draft audit report for review by audit management
  • Update the audit programs based on up to date operational processes of the audit client
  • Ensure availability and completion of audit working papers by team members to evidence audit work done and support issues identified
  • To liaise with the audit client on all required arrangements (entry, fieldwork, exit and reporting)
  • To provide guidance to team members on tasks allocated and assess the performance of each team member on the assignment
  • To undertake any other work allocated that are required for effective and efficient delivery of the internal audit function

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or professional in accounting, finance, process engineering or other related fields
  • More than 5 years related working experience, including at least 3 years in internal audit

3. Manager Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies, promotions and achieving sales target
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities locally and globally
  • Provide advice to clients
  • Receive and resolve any complaints by customers
  • Support credit control on collection

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Possess basic knowledge in fertilizer and agriculture industries
  • Fluent in both spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer knowledge is compulsory
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, result–oriented, strong negotiable skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
